1. Describe the differences between specific phobias, social phobias, and agoraphobia.
A Specific phobia is a phobia is caused by a specific object or situation. Usually, people who suffer from specific phobia tend to avoid situations. On the other hand, a social phobia is a problem living in social life. People who cope with social phobia usually fear that people may make them embarrassed or humiliated. Lastly, an agoraphobia is also an anxiety disorder, usually people with this disorder avoid unfamiliar places. Although all of these symptoms are related to anxiety disorder, each of one of these are divided in parts.

2. What symptoms do children with generalized anxiety disorder have?
Like adults, children also go through anxiety disorder, For example, when a kid goes to a school for the first time, he or she will be worried that school is not a safe place. Symptoms that children go through are as follows: Separation Anxiety Disorder, Panic disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Children usually have nightmares, cry and sometimes refuses to go to school.

3. Why is it difficult for individuals with panic disorder to get a correct diagnosis?
Usually a panic disorder happens so abruptly that it causes unexpected attacks of intense fear. When a panic disorder occurs it is likely that the person would suffer through chest pain, dizziness, and fast heartbeat.


4. Describe the methods used to treat anxiety disorders.
One of the most common used treatment for kids who refuse to go to school is called separation anxiety. Created by Wallace Kennedy, it was for kids to get safe and blend in with in a certain place by separating from its family. Another treatment is called the cognitive behavior theory. It is a therapy to help people modify the way how people feel, behave and think. This help children from fearing situations.
